Production capacity – 18 lakh sq. ft. per year or 6000 sq. ft. /day.
(And scale upto 10,000 sq.ft. / day).
Prestressed hollow core slabs are the most widely used type of precast flooring. This success is due to the highly efficient design and production methods, choice of unit depth and capacity, smooth underside and structural efficiency.
With VME there is no contradiction between architectural freedom and production efficiency. Our prestressed floor technologies allow you to change product volumes and specifications, and also shift to entirely new products, with ease and efficiency - ensuring faster reaction to new orders and that extra edge over the competition.
Featuring advantages such as longer spans and excellent load bearing capacities, our proven technologies for prestressed hollow-core slabs allow you to build large areas with less need for partition walls, resulting in unprecedented architectural freedom during and after construction.
The Prestressed hollow core units are manufactured using long line extruders. The steel beds are usually 1.2 meters wide and 120 meters long.
The VME manufacturing process deploys dry mix concrete, which means less water is needed compared to conventional processes & thus curing time required is less.
With the production process using modern state-of-art VME machines and experienced crews you can achieve saving of 25 – 30 % in labor hours compared with conventional slab production. You can manufacture 1.5 to 2.5 square meters hollow-core slabs with energy and labor costs you need to produce 1 m2 slabs with equivalent depth in conventional system of construction.
